1. What this service is

Jobsite Restroom Quotes provides construction sanitation planning tools and routes quote requests to independent providers. We are not a rental operator and are not a party to any rental agreement you enter into.

2. Not legal or compliance advice

Calculator output, OSHA references and guide content are informational only. They are not a compliance determination, engineering judgment or legal advice for your site. You remain responsible for meeting all applicable regulations.

3. Pricing information

Published ranges are market benchmarks compiled from public sources and are not offers, quotes or guarantees. Only a provider can quote your project.

4. Requests and provider contact

By submitting a request you authorize us to share it with independent providers, and you consent to being contacted by those providers by phone, text or email about your project. You may ask any provider to stop contacting you.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will receive any quote, a particular number of quotes, a response time, equipment availability, price, or provider performance, licensing or insurance.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, other people's contact details without permission, automated or bulk submissions, or use the site to scrape, resell or harvest data. We may block or rate-limit abusive traffic.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, planning methodology and compiled benchmark data belong to us. Federal regulatory text quoted here is public information.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damages arising from provider conduct, equipment, servicing or pricing.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms or the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
