Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Project details you submit: jobsite ZIP code, project type, crew size, start date, rental duration and requested equipment.
• Contact details you submit: name, and a phone number or email address, plus an optional company name.
• Request context: the page the request came from, referrer, and campaign parameters if present.
• Anti-abuse data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only for rate limiting. We do not store the raw address with your request.

Calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you choose to carry them into a quote request.

How we use it

• To route your request to independent providers who serve your area
• To respond to you about your request
• To prevent spam and abusive submissions
• To understand aggregate demand and improve our planning tools

Sharing with providers

When you submit a request, we share it with independent providers so they can contact you with pricing. Those providers are separate businesses and handle your information under their own policies. See the provider disclosure.

We do not sell your contact information to unrelated marketers or data brokers.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to measure page performance and conversion. Analytics events exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses and free-text project notes.

Storage and security

Requests are stored in a managed database with row-level security enabled and no public read access. Submissions are written by a server-side function; nothing in the browser can read stored requests.

Retention

We retain requests for as long as needed to support matching, follow-up and business records, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing support@jobsiterestroomquotes.com. You can also ask a provider directly to stop contacting you.

Children

This is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
