FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC (Wyoming, USA) operates the Jobsite Restroom Quotes website and is responsible for handling information collected through this website and website inquiries. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to the website operator. Contact us through the contact page or at support@jobsiterestroomquotes.com.

Information we collect

• Project details you submit: jobsite ZIP code, project type, crew size, shifts, start date, rental duration, requested equipment and any calculator results carried into your submitted quote request.
• Contact details you submit: name, and a phone number or email address, plus an optional company name.
• Request context: the source and landing page, referrer, campaign parameters if present, and the time the request was recorded.
• Anti-abuse data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only for rate limiting. We do not store the raw address with your request.

Calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you choose to carry them into a quote request and submit it. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in that inquiry and use it to respond.

Sharing with providers

The quote form asks you to authorize provider sharing before submitting. Submitted requests are first stored for the website operator to handle; submission does not itself automatically send your request to a contractor. We may share your project and contact details with independent providers serving your area so they can contact you with their own quotes. Those providers are separate businesses, handle your information under their own policies, and enter into their own service contracts with you. See the provider disclosure.

We do not sell your contact information to unrelated marketers or data brokers.

We use managed hosting and database services to operate the website and store requests. These services process information needed to provide those functions. Website requests also expose ordinary technical information, such as an IP address, to hosting services; the anti-abuse record we store uses a one-way hash rather than the raw IP address.

Analytics

The website records planning and quote-flow interaction events in a browser data layer, such as completed steps, equipment selections and a ZIP-code prefix on submission. These events exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names and free-text project notes. No Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager tracking service is currently configured in the website application; the data layer alone does not send these events to those services.

Cookies and browser storage

The planning and quote flow uses session storage in your browser to carry project inputs and calculator results between pages. Quote prefill is removed after a successful submission, and session storage normally ends when the browser tab is closed. The quote form also reads a stored landing-page value if one is present. This flow does not set advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear or restrict browser storage through your browser settings, though saved form inputs may no longer carry between pages.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google, which receives technical request information such as your IP address. This is separate from Google Analytics and does not send your quote-form entries to Google Fonts.

Storage and security

Requests are stored in a managed database with row-level security enabled and no public read access. Submissions are written by a server-side function; nothing in the browser can read stored requests.

Retention

We retain requests for as long as needed to support matching, follow-up and business records, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing the website operator at support@jobsiterestroomquotes.com. You can also ask us to stop further provider sharing and ask a provider directly to stop contacting you. Providers remain responsible for information already shared with them. Nothing in this policy limits privacy rights available under applicable law.

Children

This is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
